it’s so good i decided to buy a heart rate monitor. turns out i’ve been pushing myself too hard (although i felt good) and going at about 180-190 all the time which isn’t exactly good. also, now i can finally know how much calories i’ve been burning during a workout! if endomondo and mapmyrun said that i burned about 555 kcal during a 10.7km run, now it’s 888kcal for that same 10.7km run! quite encouraging :)
